In this position, I have:

WRITING
Throughout my years at InnerAction Media, I have written content for various industry clients ranging from full websites, guidebooks, email automation, brochures, white papers, newsletters, news releases, and other print materials.
WV Caring is a leading hospice care provider in West Virginia. I have worked with this client since 2018 on content and social media strategy. After deploying a marketing strategy in 2018, there was an 89 percent page views increase. Their traffic sources experienced a year-over-year increase: 76% organic traffic increase, 102% direct traffic increase, 529% social media traffic increase, and 315% referral traffic increase.
After a targeted social media campaign, this client experienced a year-over-year increase: a 1,306% increase in social media reach, a 3,689% increase in link clicks, a 7,805% increase in user impressions, and 6,075% increase in engagement.
In 2019, I worked with my previous employer to re-develop and organize the structure and content of the website. There was an increase in organic and social media traffic: 7% organic traffic increase and 98% social media traffic increase.
After a targeted social media campaign, this client experienced a year-over-year increase: 63% increase in social media reach, 147% increase in link clicks, 113% increase in user impressions, and 402% increase in engagement.
The Dermatology Center for Skin Health, PLLC is a dermatological provider in West Virginia that blends dermatology and art.
This client had already been providing top-notch dermatologic care to the community; they were looking for tactics to increase their new patient census.
Due to the fact that their original website was built on a professional medical platform, it was outdated and was performing poorly when it came to capturing essential information for individuals who were looking for more education, but not yet ready to purchase.
I had the opportunity to work with a team to provide this client with a fresh brand, a new website and social media strategy built for driving traffic and generating leads.
Within the first year, 347 new leads were generated, with a 10% lead to new patient conversion rate. I have had the opportunity to drive an initial 8,000 website visitor increase within one month through a content and social media strategy based on their marketing objectives. I have been able to track this traffic performance for two years, and have seen an additional 20 percent increase.
Lee Reger Builds, Inc is a premier design-build commercial contractor in West Virginia. This client’s website was fully re-built, re-designed, and fresh content that reflected their brand and voice was written. Additionally, this client didn’t feature any testimonials or case studies that could attest to their quality work.
Now, Lee Reger Builds, Inc has an up-to-date website that drives traffic. Due to the fact that minimal traffic was coming to the original website, and this client was not actively marketing, after the site re-launched they experienced a 100% increase in referral traffic, 5,888% increase in organic traffic, 4,000% increase in direct traffic and a 14,000% increase in social media traffic.

Peer Recovery Coaching: Mentorship in Monitoring
Once a person suffering from addiction has gone through treatment, he or she may need additional after-care treatment in the form of monitoring services. Monitoring services can help a person in recovery develop positive family relationships, transition into a supportive living environment like a sober living home, foster accountability and more.
At Ascension, we believe mentorship within a monitoring program can increase the chances of an individual’s lifelong sobriety. Continue reading to learn about these services and hear from our Peer Recovery Coaches (PRCs) and mentees.

A person’s tooth is structured in two parts: the crown, which is covered with enamel and the root, which is embedded in the jaw. Then, there is the makeup of the tooth, including:
Enamel: the hard shell layer on the crown. It is the hardest substance on the body.
Dentine: the substance that makes up the majority of the tooth. If the enamel is lost, your teeth can become sensitive.
Pulp: extends between the crown and the tip of the root and is the soft tissue that contains blood and nerve supply to the tooth.
Cementum: a layer of bone-like tissue that covers the root.

SOCIAL MEDIA
I believe that social media is an important resource when thinking about strategy. Social media is a great way to drive traffic back to a client’s website. Through content utilization, social media graphics, and website pages, it is possible to get individuals off of social media and onto a website.
Social media platforms I have managed include Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Since 2017, I have been responsible for developing in-depth content calendars for clients. If you wish to see those, please let me know.
